About Size


We highly recommend our customers to choose at least two sizes of our products. One small size for the cat/dog using on their nests, one bigger size for protecting your furniture.

About Shipping & Delivery


In most cases, non-prescription orders will arrive 1-3 business days after you place your order, depending on your location. For prescription orders, please allow an additional 2 business days for the prescription to be verified with your veterinarian.

When we ship your order, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can also track your order in your account by clicking here. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours in some cases for tracking information to be updated by the carrier, but don't worry! Once you get the email, the order has already left our warehouse.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase, giving our pet a cozy life is our goal.

1. For unopened and unused products returned in original, available for sale condition within 60 days of the date of purchase, we will extend a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). And after 60 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed. So go ahead, shop with confidence, and enjoy your 60-day, risk-free trial.

2. We accept returns in GOOD CONDITION only. We do not accept scratched, chewed or hairy products. We advise if you are buying the product to purchase a cover or use it with a lightweight sheet until you determine if your dog likes the pad.

3. DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Please send us an email if you feel an item is defective using the contact us form. In many cases, defective items do not need to be returned for a refund.

4. Please provide us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Please make sure to properly package your returns as we are unable to issue credit for damaged merchandise.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will issue a credit within 72 hours via the same method of payment used for the order.
