We would love to accept an unused return for you to enjoy a nice shopping experience.

In order to be eligible for a refund, please return the product within 60 calendar days of your purchase. Please maintain the product in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Scratched, chewed, or hairy products would not be accepted. For the pet bed / mat, it is recommended to use a cover when trying the product to avoid unnecessary damage.

For return, please email us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return to allisandropetlife@gmail.com. In order to smooth the process of refund, please nicely re-package your returns to avoid any damage.

We double-check all products that we send out. Please send us an email to allisandropetlife@gmail.com if you found an item was defective. We will do our best to maintain your shopping experience.

Refund Policy


We will send a notification email to you after we receive your item, at the same time our team will inspect it and process your refund. If the refund is approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

We are sorry that if the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 60 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
